Stronger

Feeling the jump in Jason's emotions startled Katie and while she braced herself for the pain it didn't come. Sitting up and looking at Jason it was a rush that felt warm and comforting. The only way to really describe it was it was a warm breeze on a spring day. 

I can feel you...more than before.

Letting her fingers intertwine with his she just soaked in the emotion. Closing her eyes for a second Katie just drank in the feeling. It had been a long time since they had been close like this and she forgot oh good it made her feel. 

It doesn't hurt at all...it feels just like it use to but...stronger.

Looking up hearing Zan's voice Ryan knocked her finger but held in a curse. Bringing her finger to her mouth to stop it from bleeding she just listened as Zan and Eli went back and forth. He seemed a lot more upset than she thought but she was at least happy Eli could get a word in to tell him what they were doing before the 

   "Now if I am gonna race you I want it to be a fair race, and as long as Thunder is around that won't happen. So we gotta take the trash out first."

Turning back to the car Ryan set to work again with what she was doing. She liked working on the car and helping a friend. It just made her feel good after everything she'd been though.

   "Your engine mount is in pretty rough shape but I at think I can fix it to hold for a while. You will definitely need to keep an eye out for a new one."
