Orders

Destiny couldn't help but grin a little as she turned to look at both the guys. She could feel her stomach growl. She was excited to hand out with them a little more. They were both nice, and well honestly she needed more friends.

"I'm gonna be honest with you guys...I've never had chili fries before."

Her cheeks got a little red but it was the truth. There were a lot of normal things in life she had never done, or never adventured to do. It was the price of being an Agency members daughter. Even if her father always put his family first there was still stuff she simply couldn't do. Not to mention moving around all the time was hard as well.

Getting out of the truck and following Jett and Zan Destiny was happy they did have someone here to take care of them. It made her feel better knowing that if anything too bad did happy someone was there with the good sense to make them get the help they might need.

Giving a nod to Jett Destiny understood what he was saying and watched as he walked away. Turning back to Zan she gave a wave to Myra before laughing just a little at her comment.

"There are a lot of egos here I will give you that. Doesn't seem like such a bad place though as long as you know who to hang out with. Don't think it would be something I would want to do every night but definitely, wouldn't mind coming again."

Just smiling again she listening to them go back and forth Destiny actually found it kind of amusing their banter. You could tell they both had respect for each other and could joke around. She liked seeing that.

"I'll make sure he doesn't, nurses orders."

Continuing to walk with Jason hand in hand Katie felt bad for him. She understood how he was feeling and knew he didn't like feeling like he was on display. She didn't like it either, but she also knew their families were worried about them too.

Finally getting to where they were going Katie looked around. At least it was a nice day out and that helped a little. Gloom would just put a more sour note on the day.

"It's our last chance at seeing if we can get this under control and me where I need to be for you. Like Rick said it's this or we need to try and find an antidote again, so we might as well make sure we exhaust all options first."

Letting her hands rest in Jason's Katie ran her fingers along his as she gave him a reassuring smile. They were ok, they had to be ok, and they had each other that's all she needed.

Closing her eyes Katie let herself relax. Leaving herself open to Jason she could feel the small stream. It needed to be more than that, it had to be.

I'm ready when you are.
