Scared

Ashlee nodded to Dylan absentmindedly. As she looked out across the field where he could still see Seven running around. She wondered who might be able to work him. Eric couldn't do it now with his arm the way it was and she knew Mick was busier than he would ever say.

"Do you think Sparky could give him the good work out he needs? He is good with horses like you so maybe he could have better luck?"

"I think it will be ok once Seven gets used to someone else, and a different routine he will be ok. Just getting him to that point might be hard."

Angel gave Eric a soft smile. She would always take care of them as long as she could. It was her passion to help and she was happy to put that to good use here with the people she loved and were close too.

Turning to go back to her desk Angel stopped again hearing Eric's question. She wondered for a long moment about it. She knew he and Stacy had gotten close and wondered if Eric was ready for the next step.

"I think she likes it here. I mean this is just observation but she seems happy, and Ashlee seems to really like it here too. So there is a good chance she wouldn't mind sticking around or the long hall. Are you thinking about asking her to stay?"

Destiny had enjoyed the movie. It had been long...longer than she thought but she liked it and was excited to watch the other two sometime as well. The coffee was good and so was their dinner. There were laughter and Destiny listed as Jett and Zan told stories as well. It had been a good day and she really had enjoyed it.

"Oh, oh...I know some places you guys could check out. I mean its, not the Ritz, but they aren't bad looking either and affordable. I can get the number if you like and you guys can check them out. You deserve better than to live with someone like that. Bet it would make you happier too."

Smiling Destiny stood. She liked being able to help it made her feel good and she hoped Jett would take up her offer for the places. Helping gather the stuff up to help Zan being it to the kitchen she just stood at the counter for a long moment.

"Do you think he will really find another place?"

I...I'm scared. I don't know how we are going to do this on our own.

"I'm not feeling so hot. I just need some fresh air."

Still holding tight to Jason's hand Katie looked at Reese and made her way out of the office with Jason. Her emotions were high but she tried to shield them from Jason as much as she could. All she wanted to do at the moment was cry. They worst fear was coming true.

Stopping and just listing to Hal Katie wondered who he was talking about. She was trusted, Hal and new he wouldn't put them in any more danger.

I've got all my stuff packed at the house I just need to go get it. No one should be home. I do have a note for Thirteen and Ryder too. I just don't want them to worry.

Pulling out her phone as it rang and seeing it was Hal Sam though it was a little odd he was calling her mid afternoon and it was even odder he called not texted. Answering it she sat up on the couch.

   "Heya!"

Her smile slowly faded as she listened to Hal. She had hope Kirk and Adison would act differently when they found out about Katie and Jason but in the back of her mind she knew they wouldn't. They were cut and dry when it came to their jobs and it had been like that for a long time.

   "I'm on it."

Not wasting any time Sam got up and headed out. She stopped several places loading up her car before finally heading to the meetup spot Hal told her about. They would leave Jason's truck there, and when they got to where every they were going they would just have a get a new cheap clunker. Now she just needed to wait for them to show up.

Looking at Kirk Adison didn't know what to do. On one hand Jason and Katie were part of there team and protecting them was important. On the other hand...this whole thing was huge.

"I think we are going to need to talk it over before we do anything honestly."
