Lawyers Orders

As Jett came in Destiny smiled and helped him with his food. She knew he could do it one his own, but with his hand, it would just be hard. Seeing the bandage on his hand she cringed a little. That was definitely going to need to be changed after eating. 

After saying a quick prayer and seeing the boys enjoying the pancakes she excused herself for a moment. Going to the bathroom and finding the bandages and antiseptic she returned setting them on the end of the table where there was no food. Sitting and grabbing her own pancakes she smiled.

   "Thank you by the way. I was hoping they turned out ok. I've never been great at pancake making."

Taking a bite she nodded with satisfaction. They really had turned out good this time around. She was pleased. She'd hate to make the guys eating something horrible.

   "Once we are done eating I'll help chance your bandages. Don't want to risk changing them now and getting syrup on them. If you guys are Hunger when this is all gone there is still a little batter left I can make some more."

Destiny smiled at both men. Honestly, she liked being able to help Zan with Jett. It made her feel good to just be able to help someone who needed it. She had always been the one in need of some kind of help that just having it the other way was nice.

   "Do you really believe that or is that the tired Mike talking?"

Angelica smiled and leaning up to give Reese a kiss. Pulling away when she heard Susanne she laughed just a little. She knew Reese was stressed and tired. But she also knew it would get harder before it got better. 

   "Once everything settled down again...I think a vacation is in order, lawyers orders."
