Bouncer

Sam just watched as Aaron left. She really did feel bad even if she hadn't said that to him. About to go back to work she stopped again as Pete came into the room. Looking at the folders and then back to Pete Sam smiled.

   "He should be back shortly. I'll make sure he knows they are there."

Just looking at Pete for a long moment she thought about his question and her own request of someone. She didn't know Pete all that well other than that mishap they had. He seemed like an ok guy.

   "It's a long story, but we had a few setbacks yesterday. That being said Aaron was asking for some fresh air, and I wanted someone else to come with me. you up for it?"

Hearing Zan's comment about people watching them Destiny looked over at the table just in talk. Laughing she leaned into Zan a little before sipping her drink.

   "It's because you are so good looking."

As the food got to them Destiny took one of the chips from her plate and munched on it still listing to Zan. She never would of guess he was nervous about tonight if he hadn't of said anything. He seemed calm to her. It made sense though that he was. Honestly, she was a little worried something would go bad too. but everything should be ok...right?

   "I think you are going to do great tonight and if Thunder tries to pull something you had a bunch of other people in your corner too. I just want to make sure you will be safe out there."

   "He must have just shown up after I quit. I never remember seeing him before."

Ryan thought for a long second taking another bite of her pizza. She didn't know every racers name, but she usually did remember there faces. Thunders was not one she had been before that she was sure off. 

Looking at Hunter again Ryan smiled. She was nervous as could be about racing again and all the people. She wouldn't chicken out but she was just hoping she would be able to handle it ok.

   "Maybe if tonight goes good I'll just become the race bouncer. That could be fun."
