Forever

Thinking about Laura's question Nate was silent for quite some time. 

   "I...don't know. He's not on the payroll for TJY yet and I don't think he's become use to how the would works yet to be out on his own."

Nate hoped he didn't sound mean. He didn't mean it that way he just new that if Garret was thrown out there right now he might get overwhelmed. Nate didn't want to do that to Garret when he was trying to get use to everything. 

   "Maybe he can stay here till he's ready. Maggie sure has taken to him and its nice seeing her happy. Just an idea anyways."

Counting her fingers and letting Garret move them around Maggie nodded a little as she tried to take it all in. They wernt bananas but they could work just as good if she could remember what he was telling her. 

   "I think I got it."

Going back to her work she tried to keep using her fingers to help her. It was hard but she was determined to get it. After a few more mistakes, and erasing more and recounting Maggie finally finished and held up her paper for Garret.

   "There...all done. That's took forever." 

Sitting and seeing the food Adison could hear her stomach grumble again. Had she even had lunch today? Maybe thats why she was so hungry. Sitting down and looking at it all Adison looked to Kirk sensing a little awkwardness. Really she wasn't sure why, maybe he thought things needed to be different now. Hearing him starting to talk about work she couldn't help it Adison reached over and waked him over the back of his head. Giving a grin she shook her head.

   "You do realize nothing has to change right? We just kiss, and cuddle now. Other than that...everything is the same and you dont have to try and make it different so stop being a butt."

Taking a bit of the food and satisfying her stomach she smiled at Kirk again. Really dating was just like a friendship but deeper. They didn't need to change how they were with each other, or try to do anything different. In her mind they were already perfect.

   "So the whole Gunner thing didn't go over so well huh? Think Reese understood though?"

Letting out a long sigh Bree looked tired. She hardly slept last night not knowing where Gunner was, if he was ok, and why he had done this again. Why wouldn't he let people help him? Bree would never understand, but it was her love that drove her to always be there anyways.

   "I guess I'm ready as I'll never be."

Getting in the car and waiting she hoped they would find something today that showed he was ok. She could be mad at him later after she new he was ok.
