Join Us

Blinking and looking back to Kirk is desperation he couldn't believe how much this woman talked. She didn't even give him time to answer anything she asked, she just kept on going. She seemed nice enough but still..maybe she was nervous about everything that had happened. 

   "Oh this..mm...it was just the casualty of my work. Nothing to worry about though, promise."

Giving a crooked grin Ron was ready to play more pool. This had been quite the night already. He'd be ok just wanted to continue the fun they were having.

Coming over to Kirk and Ron Adison smiled at the young woman. She seemed nice enough, and it was kind of funny to see Ron squirm a little. Putting her arm around Kirk she gave a small laugh.

   "Brittany was it? We are short one person to do teams for pool. Would you like to join us so its not a complete wast."

Hearing Adison's request Ron stopped and turned to look at her a little his eyes wide. He didn't mind having an extra people join them but...hw couldn't say no now.

   "Yeah yeah you should join us."

   "You are fine. Just wanted to make sure everything was ok. Try and get some sleep. We are upstairs if you need us."

Turning and walking slowly to the kitchen Nate grabs a glass of water bringing it upstairs. His heart was still beating so fast but knowing everything was ok was helping. Going into the bedroom and closing the door he sits down on the bed taking a sip of water.

   "It was just Garret downstairs. Thinking about it...I think he might of had a bad dream or something. The look on his face just reminded me of when Maggie use to have them."

Sitting the glass down and turning to look at Laura and the baby Nate gave a small smile. Leaning down he gave Brian a kiss on the head. 

   "He didn't really want to talk about it though. I think he's ok now though."
