Than Nothing

As Clint got up Wendy let out another sigh as a tear rolled down her cheek. This was a mess and it didn't look like it was going to get better any time soon and it upset her even more. She just wanted her family back.

Laying down on the couch Wendy curled up on her side and just sank into the couch. More tears ran down her cheek till finally, her eyes were so tired she fell asleep, this would be where she stayed all night not waking till morning.

   "Pizza sounds good to me."

As Hunter took her to the living room Ryan laughed, and then laughed again as he placed a kiss on her neck. Leaning her head into his a little she kissed his cheek bringing her arms around him. Pulling away from him and looking up into his eyes her own twinkled.

"You are the best dessert I know of, so of course that sounds good to me."

Looking at Jason, and then back at Rick Katie let out a small sigh but nodded. She wanted Rick back all the time but if he would at least come for them it was better than nothing. Rick was like a father to her, even if they didn't alk often, she'd always looked up to him.

"Ok, that is better than nothing."
