Smile More

As Mick came into the house and caught Dara's bottle Wendy gave a little though she looked worn out. She was thankful he came and hope Clint would listen to him. She really didn't know what to do anymore and she needed help. She wouldn't be ashamed to ask and was just happy to have the family to do it.

Continuing to just work in the kitchen on getting lunch ready for the kids Wendy could hear the commotion upstairs and cringed a little. This was hard but she knew it had to be done. Clint couldn't just stay in bed all day.

As Mick came back into the kitchen Wendy couldn't help but smile just a little bit bigger watching Chase with Mick. It really was a cute sight and seeing him make him laugh made her feel good. Deep down Wendy just thought that honestly, the kids missed the attachen. She had been with them but sometimes they needed more than that. 

   "Thank you for coming. I just don't know what to do anymore to help him."

At the mention of Jade Wendy gave a nod. Maybe she would call and see if she was free. She hated having to bother her again when she knew she had her own life to worry about, but maybe just having her over for a light lunch would be nice.

Sam smiled seeing Hal and stepped inside. Walking past him she got a scent of his cologne and couldn't help but smile a little more. He sure did smell good...and look a lot different than at work, and looked good. 

Entering more into the apartment and following Hal into the kitchen Sam couldn't help but look around noticing things here and there. It was pretty clean and looked really nice for being a single guys residence. She was impressed, to say the least. Catching Hal's smile she grinned putting the cake into the fridge.

   "You should smile more, it looks good on you."

Coming over to where he was Sam moved on quickly. She didn't want to embarrass Hal and make him feel uncomfortable. Everything looked and smelled good she couldn't wait to try it all.

   "Broccoli is perfect, and I am starving. Anything I can do to help?"
