Gravity

Watching Sam come sliding across the floor, Hal was about to be impressed, but his assumptions were proven wrong as she lost her balance. Not prepared for her to grab him, he had nothing to hang on to, and immediately went down with her. Falling hard, he landed face-first, trying not to land on Sam, but there was no stopping gravity.

For a moment, the room was totally silent. Hal's eyes were huge as he propped himself up on his forearms, afraid he might have hurt her. Staring down at her, he tried to catch his breath. Then realizing he now had the upper hand, he quickly took advantage. Pinning her arms, he laughed again. "Now who's winning, hmm?" His shirt was soaked with water and bubbles, and he didn't care - he was too competitive to let this one slide, and the twinkle in his eyes proved it.
