Fun and Celebration

Letting her arms go around Hunter as he pulled her close Ryan returned the passion that Hunter showed her. She couldn't help the smile that spread on her lips as the moment just continued and she could the people around them. Pulling away and looking up at Hunter and searching his eyes for a long moment. It was because of him she was here, it was because of him she had made it this far. He gave her a strength she forgot she had.

"Good, I'd really had to have to beat someone because they tried to take you from me."

Ryan grinned leaning into Hunter again before letting him go so he could mingle. Just leaning against his car and watching Ryan couldn't help but continue to smile. It was nice seeing the glory Hunter was getting from his win.

Stepping up next to Hunter again she smiled and looked up at him. She didn't want to take him away from all the people but she wanted to go see Eli too.

"Hey, want to see what Eli is up too? We can come back after for the fun and celebration."

Feeling Scott's hand on her cheek Hope leaned into it smiling. She missed Scott's touch and had almost forgotten how nice his hands felt. They weren't super soft but they weren't rough either.

   "Mmm....I'd really like that.:

As Scott came in for the kiss Hope smiled again returning it. It was a small kiss but she would take it. It was better than nothing, and another step in his recovery.

"Want to try dinner tomorrow? We can eat out, or if you have been having a hankering for something I can cook and we can lounge around and watch movies, or sit on the back porch at my place."

Drive to the spot with Hal was nice and the conversation was light but Sam enjoyed it. Hal seemed a little more relaxed today and that made her happy. She just wanted him to have a nice time and not be so uptight around her. Like she'd told him she was just a person.

Sitting down on the rock Sam looked up at Hal and smiled. Just looking up at him she watched as he worked. Hearing his question she thought back to her childhood for a long moment. Some things were easy to remember, and some things weren't.

"I think my two older brothers went fishing once. They brought home fish to cook, and my mother happened to be home. She had a fit from the mess they drug in, and the smell of fish. After that if they did go fishing they never said anything, and never brought anything home with them."

Leaning back a little Sam put Hal's tackle box in her lap before looking through everything he had inside. It really was kind of interesting seeing all the different things.

"So...why do you have all these lines? Do you use different ones for different kinds of fish you want to catch? I always thought it was one line fits all kinda thing."
