Elite

   "I was worried."

Wendy let out a long sigh laying her head on his chest. She just wanted him better, she just wanted him to smile again. It was important to her and the kids for him to be better, and she hated she couldn't fix it. Maybe she could get him to smile.

"I'll make breakfast in the morning for us. I love you, Clint."

Thirteen couldn't help but see a little bit of sadness in his eye as he mention he was alone. She felt really bad for him all of a sudden. Even if she was scared of him and wasn't sure of his intentions no one deserved to be alone.

Coming a little closer Thirteen sank down slowly in the chair across from Garret. She was still scared, but she was trying, trying to trust him.  Maybe she could be company for him at the same time so he wouldn't be alone.

"Do you work for the Elite now?"

Ryan couldn't help but let her curiosity grow. What on earth had her brother and Hunter been up too, and what possible could they be surprising her with. Just looking at Hunter for a long moment she finally laughed and shook her head. She had to admit she was kind of excited to see.

The ride back was just as nice as the ride out and Ryan felt refreshed. The morning had been a hard one but it really had been worth it and it felt like she could breathe a little bit more now.

Getting to the building and seeing Eli Ryan waited for Hunter to park and she got off taking her helmet off as well. Wondering over to him and looking between them she was silent for several long moments before finally talking.

"What have you two been up too?"
