Grave

Hurts words warmed Ryan's heart as she leaned into him and accepted another kiss. He was to good to her but she wasn't going to complain. She liked it. Maybe one day she could do the same for him. She hoped it wouldn't be anything tragic like this but some way for her to offer her own support to him.

Getting on the bike and putting her arms around Hunter she thought for a long moment. She did have one more place she wanted to go and it was more than likely best to just get it out of the way.

"Can we go to Alic's grave. I won't be there long, I just...have something I want to put there."

Sitting down on the bed and nodding to Rick Katie tried to smile. She was thankful he always knew what was going on with hardly even saying anything. Sometimes it was just easier to not voice things out loud. This whole thing was like a never ending rollercoaster and it wasn't about to get any better. She was more worried for Jason then herself, though.

"Thanks, Rick, for everything. We would truly be lost without you."

Sliding in next to Jason Katie stayed close resting her head half on Jason and half on the pillow next to him, her arm draped over his chest. Fear was part of what she felt, maybe some from Jason, and maybe some of her own.

   "Always!"

Looking up at Kirk Adison was slightly confused herself as she listened to him talk. Jason had been looking sick the last few weeks but she had figured it was just a cold or something. Was there really more to it than that?

   "Because maybe there is?"

Adison let the question hang in the air for a long moment. She wasn't being a smartypants or anything just stating the obvious. She wouldn't be surprised honestly if there were some skeletons in the closets. They were still the new people here.

"Maybe go to Reese and ask about it? We can try and protect anyone if we don't know everything."
