Popcorn

"You are ready are changing Garret, and though it is scary, the unknown usually is."

Removing her hand from Garret and still smiling. Turning back to her computer she typed a few more thinks before giving a sidelong glance to Garret again.

"Don't worry, it gets easier as you go. The first bit is always the hardest."

As everyone seemed to be on her side Ryan couldn't help but smile a little more. It made her feel good everyone was in her corner. Maybe it was because she was new but still it fed her competitive side a little more.

Hearing Clint's comment Ryan laughed and gave a nod. She was just to being one of the guys, and it didn't bother her. That's just how thing always were. She didn't have any friends that were girls. She didn't mind that though she was a tomboy at heart. It's just how it had always been.

   "Read them and weep."

Putting her cards down and hearing the comments that followed Ryan's eyes widened a little. Wow, everyone was more cutthroat than she thought. She liked it though and couldn't help the joining in as Hunter tugged on her leg, and she have him a playful shove.

As Hunter went backwards in his chair Ryan jumped up and her eyes widened. Seeing Hunter was ok though she couldn't help but start laughing. Holding her arm around her stomach her sides started to hurt.

   "Hunter....oh my...are....are you....ok?"

Looking over at Dylan and hearing his laughter and seeing it Ryan started to laugh even more as tears started to come out of her eyes. It hurt so much but she couldn't stop. This had to be one of the funniest things she had seen in a while.

Just seeing the top of Hunter's head and his eyes over the edge of the table she shook her head as she leaned on the table.

"Don't expect me to feel sorry for you...we have a game to finish you know."

Ryan couldn't help but toss more cards in his face and continue to laugh. Grabbing her popcorn next about to eat some but the bowl slipped from her hand as she laughed more and went all over Clint. Standing straighter and looking at him her eyes went wide before she burst out laughing again.

Feeling Travis' arm around her Ashlee cuddled a little closer to him welcoming the warm comfort. It felt nice and she didn't mind his arm around her at all. Laying her head on his chest she really did feel like she could fall asleep.

Ashlee's eyes snapped open at the sound of the roaring laughter and she sat up looking behind them at the table. She couldn't help but wonder what was going on. Seeing Dylan laughing Ashlee couldn't help but be a little surprised.

"What on earth is going on over there. I...dont think I've ever seen Dylan laugh before."

And she hadn't. She should do it more often though he had a nice smile. It was good to see he was having a nice time.
