Cup of Tea

As Hunter took the reins again Ryan let him and didn't say anything as they walked about of the small ring they had been in. She trusted Hunter to know where he was doing, and that he would make sure there was no danger. For someone Ryan hardly new, in a way it felt like she had known him maybe as long as her own brother.

Taking in all the sights, all the sounds Ryan felt even more relaxed now. She had the thought before but being here it came to her again. Living in the city all her life she never thought something like this would be for her. But being here now it was a whole new world. It was quiet, fresh air and a lot of open space to race if one wanted too.

Drawing in her own deep breath Ryan let it out slowly. She felt like she could breathe, that the weight of everything wasn't weighing her down.

"I can see why it would. I never thought something like this would be my cup of tea but..."

Turning and looking at Hunter for a moment Ryan smiled.

   "...it's amazing."

Looking back out across the dancing grass and then the blue sky. Ryan didn't even think twice as she reached behind her and took Hunter's one arm that had fallen to his side and put it around her again while she still held the reins in the other. Putting her hand on top of his she was quiet, just taking everything in.

Enjoying the walk Ashlee didn't mind that not much talking happened. It was still nice to be there with Travis, not having to worry about what anyone would say when they got back. It was ok they were out, Eric had given that. It was just them and being together.

As Travis broke away and went to the other side of the branch leaning over it Ashlee smiled. Drawing closer she leaned on the opposite side next to him so she could see his eyes.

"Mmmm...I like daisies. They are pretty, but not over the top and their smell is not too powerful. They are perfect."

Leaning back in her chair Sapphire thought for a long moment. Garret's question was a good one, and it was a hard one to answer too. Hope and Justin both had tried to help before and while it help a little...it was hardly the outcome anyone had wanted.

"He helped a little before, but the hardest part is...no one can help Scott unless he wants it and right now he's angry and punishing all the wrong people including himself. He doesn't want the help and unfortunately that's harming him more than he knows."
