Spit

Sitting in Eric’s lap Stacy let out a long sigh and held her breath at the mention of not being ready. She had fear he wouldn’t be but hearing that he still loved them, and wanted to be with them. It made her feel good he was going to stick it out with them. She cared a great deal for him, and if he had left she would of understood but have been sad at the same time.

“I know Ashlee said a lot of things that hurt, but I know she loves you as much as I do. I hope with a little time she’ll understand why we were so hard on her.”

Nuzzling her head into Eric Stacy thought for a moment at his comment about his two girls. She couldn’t help but chuckle just a little. He had been worried for the same reason she had been worried. It was funny they actually thought a lot alike.

“I couldn’t imagen not having you and the girls in my life. I miss being a mom to younger children. So this is kind of like a second chance at it. Maybe by the time they are teenagers we will have that whole understanding them figured out.”

   “Woot brownie points for me.”

Taking a drink of her water and letting her eyes wonder the monitors Sam listened to Hal as well. As he got to the topic of Adison and Kirk Sam’s eyes went wide as she choked on her water. Trying her best to not laugh and just swallow her water it didn’t work so well and finally the water in her mouth went everywhere as she let out a loud laugh followed by a painful grunt from water up her nose.

“How does that not surprise me honestly. Those two, convinced everyone they were dating…does that look like they are not dating to you?”

Cleaning up the water she had spit everywhere with the napkins form the taco bag Sam looked to the monitors and then looked to Hal as a terribly wonderful idea entered her mind.

“So what monitor is it, are they still there, and is there any way we can mess with them a little?”

What a horribly wonderful mood she was in today.
