Please!!!!

Hearing what Hunter was saying while she sat looking at her malt Ryan wondered if he was right. Was normal over rated? Even if she never normal again maybe that would be ok.

   “What…what if I let go and I forget him?’

It had been the same question she’d asked Justin but she was having a hard time dealing with that fact alone. If she let go, and Alec’s memorie started to fade would that mean she didn’t really care at all? She knew Hunter really couldn’t answer that question as she fell silent again. She just had to answer it herself and find where she found comfortable enough to let Alec go.

Taking another spoonful of her malt Ryan was quiet as she enjoyed the treat. She had told Hunter she would ride with him. Was she ready tonight? Thinking about Hunter throwing the race made her stomach churn, She didn’t want him to do that. Maybe the distraction would be good for her though. If she could get her mind of everything if only for even a second it might be good for her…maybe.

   “A deal is a deal…I guess I will see you at the race tonight to be your copilot. Are you sure you still want me? It might…be nice. I just have to make sure Eli can bring me. Do you have a number I can call you at to confirm?”

She didn’t feel great, but maybe this would be a bright spot in the night. Hunter seemed nice enough and right now she could use a friend.

Getting home about the same time as Garret and going inside the small that hit his nose was amazing. Today he was extra hungry and Laura’s lasagna was the best. Turning slightly he smiled at Garret and gave a nod.

   “We’d love to have you join us for dinner tonight.”

Hearing her brother and Garret come into the house Maggie perked up and ran out of her bedroom thumping down the steps to meet them at the door.

   “Nate…Garret…Welcome home.”

Standing in front of them Maggie smiled. She had been waiting for them to come home all afternoon. She had to ask Garret something. Stepping closer to him her smile grew just a little bit bigger.

   “Garret, after dinner tonight will you teach me how to dance? Please!!!!”
