Elevator

Hearing Aaron needed help Sam should of known he would and inwardly rolled her eyes. Why hadn’t she just brought them in. Knowing even with them it was going to be to much weight. The last she could do was help since this was partly her fault.

“Here take this one, put your other arm around my shoulder. It will help take even more weight off your knee.”

Waiting for him to get in position and comfortable Sam started forward slowly. Once out of the cell she continued to match his pace. Getting to the step she grunted just a little.

“They really need a ramp or elevator in here. Take it as slow as you need and keep leaning on me as much as you want. I won’t let you fall. We’ll get to Rick’s office when we get there.”

“Working out is definitely a good way to kill a little time and get the day started. I need to do that again, I’m getting a little chunky in the middle.”

Sitting down next to Garret Nate took a sip of his coffee and just let the warm liquid slide down his throat. The morning was a little chilly so the warmth was nice. Looking across the yard for a long moment Nate was quiet. Finally looking at Garret again he gave a nod.
“Yeah I’m going to be heading in shortly. Want to come with?”

Sitting at dinner the conversation as light and Ashlee enjoyed sitting next to Travis. She would have to save him a spot more often. Feeling Travis tap her leg Ashlee can’t help but let her smile grow reaching her hand underneath the table she tapped his leg back before giving a nod.

“Super vicious, Jeff is not scared to draw blood there, and Eric can get pretty competitive. Clint had a mean flick of the cards too.”

Taking a bite of her spaghetti Ashlee sucked in a noodle before taking the napkin and wiping her face giving a small laugh. Looking to Eric she raises an eyebrow.

“I think it’s time we introduce Travis to our UNO games. If he’s up for the challenge.”
