Do We?

Being pulled into Jason's lap Katie gave a soft giggle. Jason and her relationship had been put up to the test many times over but they had come out the other side and Katie couldn't be happier at the moment. Of course one say she wanted a family, she wanted to be married, but for now she was satisfied.

"I love you J more than anyone could ever possibly know. Being with me hasn't exactly been a bed of roses so thank you as well."

Running her hand softly over Jason's face Katie mapped ever feature softly as she had many times before. As they grew older though there were changed, features that made Jason even more handsome. He was always hers, though, she could always see the man, the soul she had falling in love with.

"Do we have to go back to work?"

Finishing off the little bit of his veggies he had left Ron put the top on his food and set it aside. He didn't want to rush Pete he was just full himself. Giving a nod he really did have a lot to do. He'd only unloaded his cat and some clothing.

"I have a whole truck full of stuff back at my apartment and if you are offering I'd love the help. I could even throw in free pizza."

Hearing Hunter's comment and feeling his eyes on her Ryan could feel a little heat crawl up her neck. The compliment was nice, even if he made it in a round about way. Lately, she had been feeling crappy, and thought she looked about as crappy as she felt. So a compliment like that was nice.

Bringing her hand to the side of Hunter's face she turned his head to look at her again as she shook her head slightly. Kissing the tip of his nose she smiled.

   "Thank you."

Letting go of his head and moving a little to put the car part back she turned and looked at Hunter again. She wondered if he knew just how much he'd helped her through so much in such a short amount of time.

"What next? Anything you wanted to look at?"
