Little Dipper

"Oh can be bet on you going to prison? I mean we already have a bet on when you think I'll tire of you."

Just looking at Aaron again Sam smiled before popping a chip in her mouth. She knew he didn't understand but she had already told him everything before but she didn't know how else to try and explain to him. All she could do was keep showing him she wouldn't give up on him. No matter what his past was.

"I do know who you are, you are Aaron shaded past or not there is time to change. You realize once your knee gets better if we can keep you from running back to the Agency you will be free right? Garret, Carson...that's how it's been. There is more for you if you embrace it."

Leaning back so she was on the blanket still but looking up at the sky Sam let out a content sigh. This really was nice to just be here, to just enjoy some company and just relax. Looking over at Aaron her eyes twinkled. She might be on alert if he tried anything but she also was trying to show a little give that she did trust him.

"Now enough of that, let's eat and enjoy the stars."

Taking another bit of quesadilla and chewing Sam squinted one eye looking up in the sky before pointing with her fee hand.

"Look there...I see the little dipper."

Karla didn't mind just sitting back and watching the others as they bantered among themselves. It was honestly the best part of being around them, the banter was amazing. It was good to see everyone happy too. That pleased her more than anything.

"Well, he is good at writing songs so I wouldn't expect anything less."

Taking a sip of her drink Karla thought about Kyle's question for a long moment. She missed the band, she really did but she wasn't sure if it was the place for her anymore. Not to mention she did have a job now and she really enjoyed it.

"Thank you for the offer it really means a lot. I'm just...not so sure I'm ready to bring a flood of memories back..."

She thought for a long moment.

"Kip and I use to do the band thing together and I'm just not sure I am ready yet. Not to mention I love my job I have now and I could never leave Levi high and dry like that. Thank you for the offer though it means a great deal."

As Miles came over next to her Ryan gave him a sidelong glance. Grinning a little she also rolled her eyes tighten something on the car she was working on.

"I was a damsel in distress, needing a hero to swoop in.."

Though she had a joking tone really it couldn't be more from the truth. She had been in a dark place, and still was but Hunter was bringing the light and helping her smile more and just feel good. She had dated people before and something about him was just different. It didn't feel complicated it just felt...right.

"Honestly, it just kind of happened. He's really a sweet guy and we just kind of hit it off when we actually started talking."

Looking at Miles again and seeing his grin grow Ryan took her dirty rag and threw it in his face.

"Would you get back to work already slacker."

Glancing over at Axel Ryan smiled and gave a small nod. She liked everyone in the shop but if there was on person she really connected with here it was Axel. He was good at reading her even if she didn't say anything at all.
