Deal

Taking a bit of her sandwich Hope just savored it. This had been a good place Scott picked and also one she had never tried. It was very satisfying and she really was enjoying it. Hearing his question Hope chewed what was in her mouth for a long moment.

   "Of course Reese wants you back. Just because someone gets upset doesn't mean they don't want you around. I really don't know what Reese thinks, but I can bet my money on it that he can't wait for you to come back. You, Jamison and Dalton, are going to make a good team."

Dragging one of her chips through her ketchup Hope felt silent again for a second just thinking about what he wanted to say. She knew that a lot of people missed Scott and would be happy when he was back. A piece was missing without Scott being there.

   "I think as you grow, and as you get better you will be a good agent again. It's going to take time but you will get there again, and I do honestly believe that."

Thinking again for a long second Lucy finally nodded. She did need the backpack and if it got her some help she'd do it. She really was thankful for Jamison's help. It meant a great deal to her.

   "Sounds like a deal to me. Got any time now or should we set up another time?"

Leaning back on the partly on the hood, and partly on the windshield Ryan just laid soaking up the sun. It felt good to just stretch after driving so long and she was still pretty sore from her ride yesterday. It was all worth it though and the car trip seemed to be going a lot faster than it had been coming up.

Turning her head to look at Hunter she took her foot and rubbed it along Hunter's let as she smiled. She was enjoying the ride back it was different, she felt a lot better and the future seemed bright no matter how much she still needed to deal with and get over. At least there was hope.

   "I'm sore! Other than that I am doing ok, and I could go for driving more."

Sitting up and bringing her legs up to her chest to wrap her arms around them she leaned her head on her knees still looking at Hunter. 

   "One condition though...snack...and lots of them."
