"Don't live being scared of what might happen. We don't want to shut you down and that's the honest truth. Always looking over your back at what we are going to say is going to cause you to make mistakes and it's a horrible way to live. Just...be who you are and not what you think we want."
Sam smiled again before turning and walking away. Maybe this was the start to some things getting better. She really hoped so because she hated how tense things were.
Going to the infirmary and telling Misty what happened Sam got some burn cream, gauze, and some tap before making her way back to Aaron's room again.
"Hey. I've got some cream and stuff for ya. Figured I would let you know I talked to Reese and he believed you about what happened too."
Destiny smiled taking a sip of her water as her eyes twinkled. Her and Zan's paths kept crossing, and she was starting to think them spending more time together was meant to be.
"Sunday was pretty far away...huh?"
Leaning into Hunter Ryan just listened to Eli again and gave nods here and there. She didn't like bullies and Thunder was the biggest one she had seen for a long while.
"Why don't we come to you from now one with idea's you seem to have the best. I like it and just want to see Thunder gone. I don't want to see some good people run out of their home at the races because he's an idiot."
Taking a bite of her pizza Destiny just listened to the chatter and took everything in. She liked just listening and didn't feel left out at all. She didn't know enough about racing to give input, but she was learning bit by bit listening.
Feeling Zan elbow her Destiny turned to look at him and grinned.
"My day was alright. I did a bunch of running around doing some stuff. Nothing too exciting but it made the day go fast. How was yours? Get more of your car done?"
