Nice

Walking to the door with Hal Sam was sad the night was over, but she hoped what had been a crappy day to him turned out to be a little better. She just hoped from here he could start going up and try to look at the positive side.  

   "It might not be what we planned, but I still had a nice day with you."

As Hal reached out and pulled her into a hug Sam was a little surprised but she quickly returned the hug so he didn't think she hated it. She like the hug, it was soft but strong, not to mention she could smell Hal better, and he sure did smell good.

   "You are very welcome Hal. If you need a pick me up again just...give me a call anytime."

Getting to the ice cream shop and ordering their shakes Destiny really was happy they had chosen to do this. The time at the park was nice, and the movie was ok but just being them spending time together was nice too.

   "Let's walk and drink. It's a nice night out, and the park looks really pretty."

Smiling as she passed Zan Destiny threw a look over her shoulder at Zan for him to follow. Walking a little ways and just looking around the warm breeze blew and she stopped for a second to just let it blow through her hair. Turning to Zan she just looked at him for a long moment. 

   "Sometimes it seems like the world is going by so fast that doing something like this is just nice."

Just watching Dylan for a long moment Kate nodded without even thinking about it. Feeling Jason's foot around hers she gave it a playful nudge. Dylan was always quiet, was there really something different there?

Maybe he is for more than one reason.

Katie glanced at Travis and Ashlee for a long moment before looking at her cards again.

Or maybe my Dad isn't the only one who is lonely.
