Even though Reese couldn't see him Nate nodded. He new he needed to go back to work even if he didn't want to now that he was home again. Stopping his pacing he looked to Laura with a look of apologize. He was sorry he had to come and go.
"Yeah, I'll be heading back now. I think trying to find the shooter as soon as possible will be a good idea."
Hanging up the phone and wondering into the kitchen Nate puts his arm around Laura and kisses her forehead. Pulling away to look down at her he game a smile putting a finger undeJasonr her chin and lifting her head to look at him in the eye.
"Are you going to be ok here alone?"
Looking to Rick Katie smiles, and shows she is sorry. Jason was quite funny though at the moment and at least he could try and turn something bad into good.
"Well, at least he has a sense of humor still."
Resting her head on Jason's chest as he drift off Katie just enjoyed the moment with him. Feeling her eyes grow tired she finally drifted off.
Watching from her desk a small smile spread across Misty's face. If only for a moment she was happy Jason was happy again and with Katie. She'd been upset when they split up, but when she really though about it and seeing them both now Jason was right where he should be with Katie.
Sitting on the swing Victoria just swayed back and forth. She'd been home a few hours from her last mission and while it went well she was feeling just not herself. Not having Garret around was hard, she had everyone and yet no one.
Hearing something behind her Victoria turns to look only to see a guard walk by. Turning back and letting out a sigh Victoria should have known better than hope, maybe just maybe it would be Garret. Her life was so dull now...it was hardly worth living. Why did she come back when she could still be with her love.
